David received his Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance in 1983 from Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi. Since that time he has gained certification from the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent and as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.
